Learn more about the
EB-5 Investment Process
The EB-5 visa for investment program was established by the United States Congress through the Immigration Act of 1990. This visa gives a foreign investor the ability to receive a green card by making an investment in a U.S. business enterprise.
Holders of the EB-5 visa can permanently live and work in the United States together with their spouse and unmarried children under 21 years of age. The EB-5 visa program is operated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and investments are made through qualified Regional Centers.
